Minimum Order
The prices of products are wholly subject to the availability of the products. If there is a subsequent change in price of the product before processing, a notification will be given to you through email.
Shipping
Orders are normally shipped within 30 business days. You will be notified regarding the processed shipment date after 5- 6 days of order placement. Standard shipping charges are applicable. Prior to the shipping, charges will be declared by us through invoice.
Payment
We accept cheques, Visa & MasterCard. Any of these modes of payment is to be used for fully discharging the money. Note that COD (Cash-On- Delivery) orders are not accepted.
Returns & Refused Shipments
Products are subject to be returned only under the condition that you receive a confirmation notice from us. If you plan to return the products, you have to send us an e-mail within 24 hours of receiving the order.
The products to be returned must be packed & sealed properly before shipping. However, damages can occur during transit & must be reported to the carrier at the earliest.
